There will no longer be BOOTCAMP Classes...they are being replaced by 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Monday & Wednesdays 8:15am

Mondays & Thursdays 5:15pm


PiYo Classes will continue on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8:15am (note time change) & Tuesdays @ 5:15pm!!
